Logo Refelctionsssss

*What was the most challenging aspect of your logo design?*
*How did you overcome the challenge?*
*What was the most successful aspect of your Logo design?*

I felt that choosing the color scheme was the most difficult to narrow down. There are endless possibilities and sometimes the colors that you would like to use don't necessarily look good together. There are also so many shades and hues of a color.

February Break Fun

If you've never played Trivial Pursuit....you shouldn't. At first it'll seem fun, educational and just a bit competitive, but at the end you'll end up crying because you're not smart enough to win! But seriously it's a fun game and you'll learn interesting facts...even if you do lose more times than win. This was one of the most exciting things I did over break, other than watch Netflix, karaoke, and eat junk food, I also visited the campus of a college that I've had my eye on. Stony Brook University! It was absolutely beautiful and it's got just what I would want in a college, now all I'm hoping for is that I get in! But, I also know that I should think about other choices and not just focus on one because you never know what obstacles life will throw at you. I'm gonna miss days like the ones I spent over break (lazy, comfortable, and long) as I get closer and closer to adulthood. Students at Millennium will understand!

Artwork at the MoMA!

I recently visited the MoMA and while I was there I saw many weird, and beautiful things. Much of the artwork truly represented what I thought was amazing and talented. On the other hand I also saw some pieces that looked like they were trying to be hard to be deep. Hahaha! I'm not saying I could have done them but some were really too simple to be in the MoMA! Anyways there was one particular piece that caught my eye. It wasn't too deep, it wasn't too intimidating, it was just right. I think it reminded me of one of those DIY posts you see on Pinterest. Again I'm not saying that I could have done it myself but I could have tried and done a pretty decent job. A lot of the artworks around it were similar in the ay they looked. All of them were interesting to look at and unique in their own ways although they could easily be recreated. There wasn't a name of an artist (or maybe I didn't look hard enough) but I would like to know who made this and what other pieces they have come up with.
